Leadership
Lillian Hewitt – CEO and Chef. Lillian has a Master’s in Counseling and a B.S. degree in Health Education. The owner is a vegan who grows vegetables and herbs in her garden. Lillian previously owned a food restaurant and brings years of experience in the food industry.
Leadership
Anita Charles, Business manager. The business manager has a B.S. degree in Health Information Management from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Over 30 years of work experience as an administrator has prepared her to assume the administrative responsibilities of the business.
